Having been licensed since 2005 (in California and Alaska!), Sara Gharibian has built a reputation for being a caring, compassionate real estate professional who excels at patiently walking her clients through all manner of transactions. And though she’s happy to help anyone achieve their real estate dreams, she feels a particular affinity for aiding empty nesters and senior citizens, regularly dipping into her burgeoning roster of trusted connections for suggested contractors, movers and more. She’s even been known to roll up her sleeves and personally help with decluttering efforts when needed!
Sara enjoys giving her clients all the emotional attention they need, recognizing that buying and selling homes brings up a lot of feelings. She balances this empathetic approach with an expert’s understanding of homes, having clocked over 2,500 hours as a residential appraiser (with certification expected by early 2024!) Adhering to the philosophy that you should “Love where you live, and live where you love”, Sara has proudly applied her skills to helping countless people feel at home over her career.
In her free time, Sara can often be found out on a boat, fishing pole in hand. A lover of the water, she even spent 7 summers working on a charter fishing boat! Trust her to help you reel in the big one… in fishing and in real estate!
